This consent is obtained through a separate document and forms part neither of the Public offer nor of any other document of the Site.
The controller of personal data is the French teacher whose registered name, legal form, ИНН, ОГРНИП, address and contact details are published on the “Legal information” page of the Site.
The data subject is the individual who creates an account on the Site and gives, at sign-up, their first name, surname and email address.
I hereby, acting freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give the controller my consent to the processing of my personal data on the terms set out below.
Consent is given for the processing of the following personal data: — first name and surname; — email address; — interface language and time zone; — level of French and learning goals; — lesson history, including dates, cancellations and reschedulings; — lesson payment information and the record of credited lessons; — messages exchanged with the controller and files attached to them; — the IP address used in a sign-in attempt.
Consent is given for the following purposes: — creating and maintaining the account and providing access to the Personal area; — concluding and performing the service contract on the terms of the Public offer; — organising lessons: booking, displaying the time in the data subject’s time zone, cancelling and rescheduling; — correspondence with the controller about the lessons; — keeping track of paid and credited lessons; — sending the messages needed to deliver the service, including the password reset email; — protecting the Site against abuse at sign-in. Consent is not given for processing for advertising purposes.
Consent is given for the following operations: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, rectification (updating, alteration), retrieval, use, blocking, deletion and destruction of personal data. Processing is carried out both by automated means and otherwise.
Consent is not given for the disclosure of personal data to third parties. The controller does not disclose personal data to third parties, except where expressly provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation. No cross-border transfer of personal data takes place.
The consent takes effect when it is given and remains valid until withdrawn by the data subject. It may be withdrawn by a request sent to the controller at the email address shown on the “Legal information” page of the Site. Withdrawing consent brings the processing of personal data to an end, except for data whose processing continues on another legal basis, in particular to evidence the services delivered and paid for. Once consent is withdrawn, the services can no longer be delivered.
Consent is given when the account is created, by a positive act of the data subject on the Site — ticking a box confirming that they have read this document and agree to it. The date on which consent was given is recorded by the controller.
