Lessons are paid for online, in Russian roubles, exclusively through the Faster Payments System (СБП). Once your booking is confirmed, you are redirected to the bank’s payment page. On a computer, scan the QR code shown with your bank’s app; on a phone, choose your bank from the list provided. You then confirm the payment in your bank’s app. No bank details are entered on this site or passed to it. The connection between your browser and the payment page is encrypted. The fiscal receipt (кассовый чек) for each payment is emailed to you, at the address on your account, by the fiscal data operator acting on behalf of the bank.
What is sold is a one-hour private French lesson, given by the teacher over video call, on the date and at the time you choose when booking. The service is delivered remotely. No physical goods are shipped, no geographical area is excluded and no delivery charge applies. The teacher sends you the video call link, usually in the lesson’s chat, which you can reach at any time from your personal area, or by any other means of communication if needed.
The normal route is the credit, and it requires nothing from you. You may cancel a lesson until it starts. If you cancel it while strictly more than 8 hours remain before it starts, it is credited to you; the period that applies to a lesson is the one in force when you booked it. The teacher may cancel a lesson at any time, and a cancellation by the teacher always credits you. The credited lesson is automatically offered to you at your next booking. If you cancel a lesson while 8 hours or less remain before it starts, the cancellation is accepted, but the lesson is not credited to you: it remains payable. The same applies, whenever you cancel it, to a lesson you have already rescheduled. The law also grants you the right to withdraw at any time from a service that has not yet been provided to you. You may therefore ask for a refund of the lessons you have paid for and that have not yet been given; lessons already given remain payable. The request is made by a message to the teacher at the site’s contact address. It is handled manually, and the refund is paid to the bank account used for the payment, within 1 to 30 working days of the request.
